What is ascension?

On an individual level, ascension is the process of changing one’s consciousness from one reality, based on one set of beliefs, to another. On a group or planetary level, ascension is the collective expansion of a state of consciousness (set of beliefs) to the point where that consciousness creates a new reality—a new state of being or dimension (*The Hundredth Monkey Syndrome).  Example: We are collectively creating a 5^thdimensional consciousness through our individual ascension processes. Okay, I realize I have thrown a new thought in here, that being that a dimension is a state of consciousness. Perhaps we’d better stop and look at that before we go on because we really need to understand consciousness, dimensions and such before we can truly grasp the process of ascension.

What is consciousness? 

Consciousness is a set of beliefs on which we base our lives and through which we make the choices and decisions that make up our present reality. 

What is a dimension? 

A dimension is a state of consciousness.  Now how can that be?  Well, when you look at what we know about dimensions, what we find is that each is about a unique set of beliefs.  For example, 3D is about the belief that, this is the only life that we have and if you can’t touch it, taste it, see it, feel it or hear it, it doesn’t exist. Is that pretty close?  5D, which I will fully address in an upcoming article, is about Christ or Unity consciousness where we realize that we are all connected—we understand and live in oneness (there is a misconception of what unity consciousness looks like and I will address it in the article, The 5^th Dimension—what will it be like?). Our current 3D consciousness was not established until enough people began to believe the same way.  And I suspect the current 5D consciousness was not established until enough of the people existing there, figured out how to live in unity.  So we see that when enough people live a set of beliefs they create a dimension.

Going further, a state of consciousness/dimension vibrates as a certain frequency just as all physical matter has a distinguishing vibration or frequency.  In our universe, as I understand it, the closer we get to the integration point of Light and Dark, the faster we vibrate (compassion being the integration point with the fastest vibratory rate).   So, if a whole group of people acquire a particular set of beliefs, in this case, the understanding of how to live at the integration point between Light and Dark, then they all begin to vibrate at that particular rate.  This vibratory rate is also known as a frequency.  Continuing on, this group vibration creates a new consciousness, a new reality, and a new dimension by the individuals in the group expressing themselves emotionally, creatively, etc.  Whew!  I hope this all makes sense to you.  Sometimes I find trying to explain multidimensional concepts a bit challenging because there are so many levels to them.  I can see them in my mind but getting them down on paper is another matter. *smile*

Now that we have a basic understanding of consciousness, dimensions and frequency, let’s get back to ascension.

How do we ascend? 

Simply stated, we ascend by clearing our emotional blocks, integrating the fears that are the basis of those blocks, and transmuting the anger, hatred, guilt, blame and shame in those blocks into compassion.  In each of our emotional blocks there is judgment of the dark emotions (those already stated above).  As we learn to accept, value and use those emotions in a balanced manner, we balance the Dark side of ourselves. 

On the outside, as we learn to value and appreciate those who express those dark emotions in their roles as our teachers (i.e., those who play dark roles because they have spiritual contracts with us to do so), we balance the Light and Dark in our reality. 

As we clear our blocks we shift our consciousness.  We become less judgmental, thus more compassionate.  So our consciousness shifts first and our physical body follows suit.  Thirdly, our external reality begins to reflect back the new consciousness that we are expressing. Thus, the physical reality slowly shifts also.  So every day, as we allow our guides to bring our lessons forward so that we can clear them, we are ascending. Each time we clear a block and experience the joy of gratitude and appreciation and compassion, we are ascending. Let’s recap this one.  Ascension occurs when you:

1. Are willing to clear your blocks.
2. Clear a block, integrate a fear by experiencing it and achieve compassion, thus creating a shift in your consciousness.

What are the mechanics of ascension?

Ascension is a process that has spiritual, emotional, mental and physical components.  This process is multi-layered and interconnected, meaning that an action taken on one level affects the other levels (think of it as a domino effect).  The mechanics of the ascension process go something like this:

• 1.  You ask for your fears to be made known to you. 
• 2.  A fear manifests in your life packaged as a lesson that has come forward. 
• 3.  You move through the fear, being willing to experience it as completely as necessary in order to integrate it. 
• 4.  You integrate the fear, thus learning the lesson.  In this part you feel the fear feelings associated with this fear/lesson.   They can be feelings such as guilt, shame, hatred, anger, resentment, etc.  (Yes, we do fear feeling these emotions because we have been taught that they are bad and if we experience them, we are bad.) 
• 5.  You experience release as the fear is integrated and the lesson is learned.  In this release you experience emotions such as joy, bliss, gratitude (for the person who played the Dark role) and compassion (for the pain the Dark role person had to experience in order to play their part). As you feel the compassion, there is a tingling sensation in your body and in many cases an orgasmic explosion of energy in your high heart chakra (this is the anger, shame, etc., being transmuted into compassion) as you release the people involved in your lesson from blame. 
• 6.  The compassion you feel transmutes a bit more of your DNA from carbon-based to crystal or silica-based, thus allowing more light into your body.  At the same time, any implants (also known as behavior patterns) associated with that fear/lesson are changed (balanced).  If you have been working on this fear in all its various aspects for a while, those newly changed implants then release their bit of your dormant 10 strands of your DNA so that they can be realigned.

• "Orb" is a popular term used to identify the iridescent, sometimes colourful, transparent or opaque circles that have been appearing in photos with greater frequency over the last 10 or so years. Some people believe orbs are an anomaly attributable to the use of digital cameras with airborne particulate brightly illuminated by a close-seated flash. However, when I investigated the orb phenomenon with wonder, open-mindedness, and my camera, it quickly became apparent to me that orbs are some form of life. i believe these forms of life are ascended masters, angels and archangels, unicorns and fairies and ghost orbs.

• Orbs of Consciousness
• I like what the spiritual teacher Ramatha says: They are generally two different types of consciousness orbs:
  The most common type are particles of consciousness that are coming from beings in non-physical dimensions, that have sent fragments of their awareness to our physical dimension to see, feel, touch and experience the delicious textures of this world. These beings can be sending their orbs of consciousness here, both intentionally in full awareness, and also by default in their dream and subconscious states.
  The other common type of consciousness orb is from regular people like you and I (in physical human bodies) — we are sending fragments of our consciousness out into the 3D world to go exploring ... especially during the dream state, during flights of imagination, and less frequently during meditation. Also, when you are thinking about a certain place or event on the planet, you are sending a particle of your attention to it ... and that particle of consciousness can be perceived in a photos as an orb. The Grand Universe is full of life, from top to bottom, and so there can be numerous orbs visiting any place, at any time, in the past, present and at future times.

Here is a list of some Ascended Masters orb colors for your easy reference. 
There are many Ascended Masters but these twenty two are working close with humanity at the moment.
Dom Ignacio has a soft pink aura.
El Morya has an aura of mostly hyacinth blue with some darker Prussian blue at the edge.
Hilarion has a Forest Green aura.
Isis' aura has a border of purple with a jagged edge that leads into a red centre.
Jesus has a mid yellow and mid blue aura.
Kuthumi's aura colors are 3 tiered, soft lemon at the top, clear in the centre and dark blue at the bottom.
Kwan Yin has an aura of Magenta with a little mid pink.
Lady Nada has an aura of white (may have lavender tint to it) and gold.
Lao Tze has an aura of yellow shards.
Lord Lanto has an egg shaped aura. The centre is white and it then radiates out through soft yellow to mid yellow.
Maha Chohan's aura colours are metallic gold and silver.
Mary Magdalene has a mid to strong pink aura with some magenta in it.
Melchizedek has an interesting aura of dark blue (two types) and white.
Mother Mary has a soft pink aura color with a border of mid blue.
Pallas Athena aura rises from a very dark purple to purple and then onto gold. Some may see an unworldly green line in the centre.
Paul, the Venetian has a bronze/maroon aura with white, and sometimes a soft yellow.
Ra Mun's aura is violet through to purple.
Sanat Kumara aura is clear like ice with all colors flashing through it.
Serapis Bey has energy spirals. The spirals are entwining gold and white.
St Germain's aura is violet down to maroon.
St John, the Baptist has a white centre aura with a soft blue rim.
White Tara has an aura that fans a rainbow colours from left to right.
It might be easier to identify the Masters by color, so here the Ascended Masters are categorised in aura colors. But also go back to the individual name as some Masters are listed under more than one color.
Blue auras are St John, the Baptist, Mother Mary, Melchizedek, Kuthumi, Jesus and El Morya.
Clear auras are Kuthumni and Sanat Kumara.
Gold auras are Serapis Bey, Pallas Athena and Lady Nada.
Green aura is Hilarion.
Metalic auras are Paul the Venetian, Pallas Athena and Maha Chohan.
Pink auras are Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Kwan Yin and Dom Ignacio.
Purple auras are St Germain, Ra mun, Isis, Pallas Athena.
Rainbow auras are Sanat Kumara, White Tara.
Red to maroon auras are Paul the Venetian, Isis, St Germain.
White auras are Serapis Bey, St John, the Baptist, Paul the Venetian, Melchizedek, Lord Lanto and Lady Nada.
Yellow auras are Lord Lanto, Lao Tze, Kuthumi and Jesus.
There is also an awareness of colour and the rays. There are seven rays of incarnation. And it can be loosely seen that some of the Masters aura colors, tie in with the rays they work with. This is not the case with all the Masters, only some. It appears the Masters can not be tied down with our 3D desire to make color characteristics of them.
So for your awareness I list here the seven rays and their colours. There are many versions of the ray colours on the internet. The ray colors listed here are those shown to me by the Masters in my work with the Ascension Flames. They correspond to those given to Elizabeth and Mark Prophet.
Ray One is blue. El Morya is Chohan of the first ray and his aura color is blue.
Ray Two is yellow. Lord Lanto is Chohan of the second ray and his aura colors are yellow.
Ray Three is pink. Paul, the Venetian is Chohan of the third ray and his aura colors are bronze/maroon.
Ray Four is white. Serapis Bey is Chohan of the fourth ray and his aura colors are gold and white spirals.
Though when appearing in form he wears white.
Ray Five is green. Hilarion is Chohan of the fifth ray. His aura colours are a forest green.
Ray Six purple, gold and ruby. Chohan of the sixth ray is Jesus. His colours are blue and yellow.
Ray Seven is violet. St Germain was Chohan of the seventh ray and his colours are violet through to maroon.

Connect with your Ascended Master Using the Torus Technique

I get many requests from people asking how they can connect on a deeper level with their Ascended Master and Teacher.

My standard response is open your heart to the Master, because when your heart is open to them they can come closer. But there is another way - The Torus connection technique.
Sanat Kumara gave me this technique many years ago, around 1999 or 2000 and I teach it at nearly all my workshops. The Torus technique is easy but takes some instruction and explanation.
You are a multidimensional spiritual Being having a physical experience. We forget this - we think we are a limited person in a physical body - when truly we are much much more. The torus can be a vehicle for you to explore more of your multi-dimensional Divine self.
A torus is a contained and constructed unit of energy.
It looks like a ring donut. It holds energy from all the dimensions and all the planes – it exists through all time and space. The energy within the Torus cannot escape outwards – it is its own “ring pass not”.
It is within this contained unit that a group can work together –through all time, space, dimensions, planes and realities – in balanced vibrational harmony. Nothing can enter the torus that is not invited, so it is a safe place to talk to your Ascended Master.
Here I will teach you how to create your own personal torus and a group torus with your guides and Ascended Master. Much is written about the Torus, so I leave the Maths and esoteric knowledge to those who are more eloquent than me; suffice to say it’s a very intriguing form.
How to connect to your Ascended Master using a Torus

You are going to connect 3 aspects of yourself so they form a Torus – your Divine Mind, you Sacred Heart, and your Soul.
Start with a meditative breathe – with the intention of connecting with your Ascended Master.

Take your attention to your body – be aware of it – now move your awareness to the pineal gland in the centre of your head. Once there take you awareness a centimetre to ½ an inch above the pineal. This is the Divine Mind. You have just slipped from physical awareness to spiritual awareness. Sit in that space for as long as you like. It’s a good place to meditate.
But for our purposes we move on, you will see a silver cord appear in the Divine mind – this will drop to the Sacred Heart. It can’t go anywhere else. So with your awareness, follow the cord to the Sacred Heart. And for those of you who went into "I don't see mode", do you get a sense of feeling heavy, go with the heavy dropping feeling - it will take you to the Sacred Heart. You might like to meditate in the Sacred Heart another time.
Now become aware of another silver cord, this one from the Sacred Heart is connected to your Soul. Follow the silver cord to your Soul. You might like to meditate there at another time. And from there another silver cord connects back to the Divine Mind.
So in effect you have created a Torus (a ring) of energy connecting the Divine Mind – Sacred Heart – Soul. Sit in the energy. Follow the energy flow through the 3 centres a few times. You have connected your awareness to some of your highest levels of consciousness. Everything you receive will come in at its highest potential – from the Divine Mind, Sacred Heart and Soul.
Just as you have created your own Torus, the Masters all live on their own Torus – always in touch with their highest consciousness.
Now to communicate with the Masters you are going to create another Torus with the Masters – a Group Torus.
While still on your own Torus of Divine Mind, Sacred Heart and Soul ask your Ascended Master to step forward so you may connect with them on a deeper level and even communicate with them. Then seeing, feeling, knowing or just hoping they are before you - connect to your Divine Mind and see a silver cord connect to the Masters Divine Mind – move to your Sacred Heart and see a silver cord connect from your Sacred Heart to their Sacred Heart – move to your Soul and see a silver thread go from your Soul to their Soul. The Master in turn will be doing the same back to you.
A group Torus of two has been created. Feel the flow of energy coming along the Masters silver cord to you, try to match the vibration. In most cases the Master will alter their vibration to make the connection more comfortable for you. But it is good to try.
Now sit in meditation with the Master and allow the Ascended Masters energies flow into you. When you are ready, you may receive teachings or direction. But in most cases the Master will take this opportunity to give healing and work with you on higher levels. You are completely contained within the Torus and protected. Nothing else can enter the exchange that isn’t invited.
You can invite as many as you like onto a group torus - excellent for a meditation group or healing group to use. This diagram gives a pictorial idea of how it would work - you can see the formation of the bigger torus. A unity consciousness or group consciousness forms, perfect for a group working on the same project ie earth healing, for they then work as a single unit.
You can expand your personal torus to include your own higher self, and Christ Light (spark of god) for deeper connection within. But the Masters request you don't connect with others or them at this level and respect the personal space of others.
Enjoy your Torus – and I suggest everyone begin each meditation with this practice – it brings a greater sense of peace and balance to the experience.

Since writing this article the Ascended Masters at their portal in New Zealand have started meditations on a Tuesday. Each week a different Master resides. People from all around the world are linking to the Master using the torus technique for a personal and unique experience. The Master while linking to everyone individually is also on a large group torus which each of these people. You too can experience, this larger group on a Tuesday if you choose. The Masters have requested I tell you how.

You have have placed yourself on your own torus, you have linked with the Master and created a torus of 2. Know he is part of a greater torus as he links with all those who choose to meditate with him. To experience this, know this greater torus exists, the Master knowing you want to experience this will allow you entry to his greater torus.

As you sit in meditation in your home, know there is a person to the left of you and a person to the right of you on the torus. One of them may be in New York, the other in England.

With the person to your right, connect with them via your Divine Mind, Sacred heart and Soul and feel their link return to you. Now, you will feel their energy flow, it may be stronger or weaker than yours - it is important to adjust your energy flow to match theirs, and they assisted by the Master will alter their flow to match your energy flow so there is balance. This is something the Master automatically does with you on your torus of 2.

Now repeat the process with the person to the left.

Just sit in this new connection and feel the energy flow. The flow to energy to the left and the right needs to be the same.

Once this is so, know there is someone to the left of the person to your left, send your divine mind connection, through the person to your left, to the person to their left and continue around the bigger torus, from left to right, returning to yourself via the person to your right. All the other people on this group torus will have done the same.

Now repeat this connection again with the Sacred Heart and Soul. Sit in this greater group and experience the Master in this greater way.

This is a wonderful technique to use in mediation groups as it links everyone to become - one Divine mind, one Sacred Heart, one Soul. Meditation groups will achieve a greater level of power when linked in this way. This technique is perfect for creating change - rather than a group all working as many single units on a cause, when they are united as one in this way you will see how the connection focuses the power. The key though is to be in balance energetically and in harmony as a group.

Automatic Writing information and exercise.

Automatic writing is the process, or product, of writing material that does not come from the conscious thoughts of the writer. The writer's hand forms the message, and the person is unaware of what will be written. It is sometimes done in a trance state. Other times the writer is aware (not in a trance) of their surroundings, but the actions of their writing hand.
Therapy - Automatic writing is used as a tool in Freudian psychology and in related "self knowledge" studies, where it is seen as a means of gaining insight into the mind of the automatic writer through their subconscious word choices.It was primarily used by Pierre Janet in France, and later by Morton Prince and by Anita Muhl in the United States.
Religion - Automatic writing is used in Spiritualism and the New Age movement as a form of channeling. One of the best-known automatic writers was Helene Smith, an early 20th century psychic who felt that her automatic writing was the attempt of Martians to communicate with Earth. She claimed she could translate their Martian language into French.
The ideas of Helene Smith influenced the Surrealist movement. Andre Breton, leader of the Surrealist movement, pioneered its use within the movement and produced several important pieces of automatic writing, most famously, Soluble Fish. The Surrealists dubbed her "The Muse of Automatic Writing"; in the Surrealist deck of cards, Smith is the "Genius of Knowledge." Automatic writing became a part of the Surrealist's repertoire of games, and it soon developed into a number of other Surrealist games and tools that greatly influenced the movement, such as automatic drawing, automatic palimpsest, and a variety of marker-word games. Free writing later gained popularity with writers and poets, both as a means of stimulating creative thought and as a technique for overcoming writer's block.
Skeptics point out that automatic writing claimed to be of supernatural origins is a parlor game that has little more effect than to spark creativity in the minds of the participants. They claim, as with other paranormal phenomena, that the subconscious of those performing the writing is the only thing influencing their actions and that there is no solid evidence that any messages are coming from anywhere other than the minds of the person holding the pencil. This is referred to as the ideomotor effect.
As there is no scientific evidence supporting the use of automatic writing in therapy, its usage to release repressed memories is suspect as well. While unconscious ideas are expressed in automatic writing, skeptics point out that it is unlikely that they are any more profound than the writer's conscious thoughts. Skeptics argue that there is no evidence that the "true self" lies in the unconscious any more than it does in normal consciousness.
Doodling is a form of automatic writing as it is generally not consciously focused writing. Many people doodle spirals which are associated with Sacred Geometry.
We attempt automatic writing for several reasons. First - to get information about our personal life. Second - to confirm something from some who exists on the other side or has deceased.
The answers can be surprising ... but always be cautious as with any tool of divination chosen - such as the ouija board.
If you have emotional problems - you may not like the messages that come through. Your consciousess - being in lower frequency due to emotional problems will attract a lower frequency entity.
If you like drama - and consider your life to be in drama - don't channel.
When attempting automatic writing you may use a writing implement, computer, or any other means of communicating through the written word. Many people prefer the computer as they can type quickly without filtering the information coming through. When reread - even a typo can mean something.
To divert the focus of the writer - shifting from left brain logical thinking - to right brain intuitive thinking - take a pencil in hand, place it against a piece of paper as if about to write something. Then turn your attention to something else, such as watching television, reading a book, or talking with someone. For many people, their hand will write coherent material.
Much of this goes to 'control' and have much you are willing to give to a non-physical entity.
The amount of time spent on automatic writing can vary with the person and the session.
Words, sentences or whole paragraphs may appear. Often, the writing is illegible - the text appearing jumbled - without proper grammar or punctuation - mostly run-on sentences.
Messages can be written in a language - or hand writing style - not recognized by the writer and signed by someone unknown.
A picture or symbol may be written.
Some automatic writers know who is giving the messages while others do not. If the energies feel comfortable to you then you will soon learn who the entity is and why he/she is writing with you.
If you feel the least bit uncomfortable with the entity or the information received STOP!

Let all information flow! Do not stop to think about - or process - what you are writing / typing.
If you feel that more than one entity is trying to write through you - ask them to take their time and you will write with them one at a time. Always get a name.

this weeks meditation ABOUT TRANCE CHANNELING By trance channel we mean a person who is able to set their conscious self aside in order to allow another being, a non-physical or spirit being, to speak through their body. The person who does this is the channel. The being who does the speaking is usually referred to as an entity by our group but others may call them spirit guides. The term medium could be used to describe a "channel". However, the term "medium" is usually associated with contacting recently departed persons with contact sought by relatives or friends. Channels as we use the term usually will allow more highly evolved beings and spirit teachers to come through and speak, although channels are capable of bringing through personalities who have recently died in the traditional sense of the term medium. So, the entities or spirit teachers who speak through channels are sought for the information and lessons they can give on the nature of reality and self growth rather than contact with lost loved ones. It is true that survival of physical death becomes rather apparent after a conversation with a channeled entity, and they can and will answer questions about life after death or about specific personalities who have passed on. More than likely they will try to help the interested party focus on issues that are important for their own self growth and development. When they answer questions they seem to always have this in mind. The entities will discuss any subject, be it general or personal. Some questions they may not answer and when this occurs they will explain their reasons. Channeled entities by their nature are very psychically connected. The degree of their psychic skills is dependent upon their level of development and their particular interests. It has been the experience of this group that the more highly evolved entities do not usually engage in psychic demonstrations if they are for entertainment purposes only. They are much more interested in helping us learn and grow personally and as a people. We say trance channeling because there are many kinds or degrees of channeling, trance channeling being one of them. Channeling ranges from relay channeling where the channel hears or sees messages and then relays them to the interested person or group. Conscious channeling and semi-conscious channeling involve some mixture of direct communication by the entity and the channel's personality. In conscious channeling, the channel's voice and mannerisms will usually appear unchanged although the material being given can be quiet profound and involve demonstrations of obvious psychic ability. With trance channeling, the channel more fully steps aside and allows the entity full and direct control over all speaking and physical movement. The voice used by the entity to speak through the channel is usually distinctly different from the channel's "normal" voice. The facial movements and other physical mannerisms are also distinctly different in trance channeling. In many respects, when you speak to an entity who is being trance channeled, you are speaking directly to that entity without the channel's personality acting as an intermediary or translator. The experience is like having an interactive conversation with a very wise, very loving person. Each entity has its own distinctive personality. On balance, trance channeling allows for less distortion of information than other forms of channeling. This is not to say that certain conscious or semi-conscious channels do not get extremely "clean" transmissions. Some do, especially if they have channeled the same entity many times or have a special relationship with an entity or a very special gift to remain conscious and still not "colour" the information coming through. Trance channeling is also usually a good deal more dramatic a phenomenon than other forms of channeling. This fact has its pluses and minuses. It can be uncomfortable for the extremely faint of heart or for someone who holds a great deal of religiously based fear about things such as possession. On the other hand, the delivery format of trance channeling can help validate the experience for some because the changes in voice and body movements as well as personality can at times be quite dramatic. This may make it easier for some people to accept as real. Ultimately all channeled material should be judged upon its content and upon whether it feels right or "rings true" to the recipient. Speaking with an entity who is a teacher or spirit guide in a trance channeling session either one-on-one or as part of a group is just like talking to a person in a normal conversation. It is completely interactive. A good way to approach it is to act as if you are having a conversation with a very wise, very old person. These entities usually have a good sense of humour and wit and are very intelligent. Now, this applies to an entity who has come through the channel before and has therefore had an opportunity to get use to operating the channel's body and vocal cords. The channel also has to get use to the entity's rate of vibration (the entity is essentially pure energy which vibrates much like electromagnetic waves as in radio or light waves). This "getting use to" process can take several minutes or several sessions and it progresses with each experience. Therefore, over time the entity gets more and more practised at using the channel's body. Some entities come through the first time with eyes open, some never open the channel's eyes. For people new to trance channeling the channel will usually bring through one of the "regular" spirit guides or teaching entities. That way everyone can jump right into a conversation. However, once a person has some experience with trance channeling sessions, the new entities, who are coming through for the very first time, often provide for fascinating visits and experiences. Some of these new entities are not spirit guides or teachers per se. They may just be explorers who saw the opportunity to experience and/or communicate through the channel and took it. There are many different kinds of non-physical or spirit entities that exist in addition to the spirit guides and teaching entities. The actual number of unique entities that exist and that can be channeled appears to be infinite. You may or may not place value in the entity's perspective. But just what is their perspective likely to include? Well first of all it is very likely that they have lived and died on Earth many times and they can remember these experiences. If they have never incarnated physically on Earth then it is very likely that they are still quite knowledgeable about the "system" here. What else? They exist in a non-physical dimension where there is no time as we know it. In your terms you may consider them to be "dead" but they are likely to tell you that they are as "alive" as you are. They have access either directly or through another entity to your "past lives", to your purposes for incarnating this time and to information concerning any other person who now lives or who has ever lived on this planet. They are well connected psychically to All That Is and in degrees depending on their level of evolvement and personal interests can respond to any question posed. It is your questions that stimulate the conversation. Sometimes they will deliver a lesson or message without the need for you to ask a question. Often times they will ask you a question. Not because they want to know the answer, but because they want you to know and acknowledge to yourself the answer. Self honesty is sometimes difficult here (in physical life) and that difficulty can hinder our personal development in greater terms. Ultimately, the spirit guides and teaching entities are interested in helping you with your personal growth. They also learn and grow from the experience. So, if you would be interested in having a conversation with such a being, then you would probably enjoy speaking to a spirit guide or teaching entity through a talented and experienced trance channel. If instead you are primarily interested in predictions, you may enjoy going to a psychic instead. VARIOUS "TYPES" OF ENTITIES As mentioned above, there are what appear to be an infinite number of unique spirit or non-physical entities that come through trance channels (and through relay, conscious, and semi-conscious channels as well). In addition to the many individual personalities of these spirit beings there are what could be referred to as many individual categories of spirit beings that exist and that can communicate through a trance channel. While the entities themselves do not necessarily care for the concept of being categorised or labelled it is helpful to us, considering the limitations of our language, to do so in a discussion such as this. A description of the various "categories" of spirit entities that our group (we have a small group of trance channels) has encountered follows. The frequency of encountering one "category" of entity over the other probably varies depending upon the particular channel and the participants in the channeling session. Some channels channel the same entity every time while others channel many different entities and many different types of entities. 1) Entities Involved With Human Existence: Within this "category" of entities a hierarchy can be drawn with several different "levels" of development. a) Entities who have completed all physical incarnations who return to teach those on "less evolved" physical and non-physical levels. These entities are sometimes referred to as Causal Plane entities or Combined entities. These entities are very highly evolved relative to us. They have likely mastered existence in many levels of reality beyond that which we are likely to experience after we physically "die" each time. These entities tend to be somewhat more removed from physical reality than are some of the other entities who we are including in the next category. b) Entities who are still within the reincarnations cycle yet are quite evolved and aware. These entities often also function as teachers and spirit guides. They are skilled at manoeuvring through various planes of existence, they are aware of all of their previous lives and they are fully aware of their situation. They "come and go" by their own free choice and they will generally have a much broader perspective than any individual still physically incarnated on this planet. Because these entities are closer to physical existence some people will relate to them easier than they do to Causal Plane entities. These entities will often have much more distinctive personalities than Causal Plane entities. Entities at this level can be very helpful and very interesting as sources of information and guidance. c) Entities or "personalities" who are recently "dead". These entities are generally very much less aware than either of the two categories above. Often times they do not even realise that they are dead and are quite shocked when you tell them. It may be more correct to refer to these beings as personalities rather than entities because they usually will not have "joined" with their "whole self" yet. In other words, among other things, they may not be aware of their previous lives. These types of beings can be very interesting especially if you are interested in the death process. However, it is not recommended that newcomers to trance channeling seek out these beings unless they are with more experienced people. Sometimes recently "dead" personalities can be quite unhappy with their situation and quite confused. They may start pleading for help or get downright nasty. If this should occur, tell them to call for their guides and go towards the light. Again, once you become experienced with this type of encounter, they are no problem and are often quite interesting. The experience can be very helpful for the spirit being involved and at least one has returned to our group to thank us for the help. d) Dreamers. It is possible to channel someone who is still alive while they are "dreaming". It may be more correct to say they are having an out-of-body experience while their body physically sleeps since many teaching entities use the term dream to mean a very specific type of activity which we will not go into here. These types of beings are individual personalities. Our group has only experienced one such being and she was quite charming and pleasant to visit with. She was generally aware of various metaphysical principals and was able to give us information in much the same way as the entities in the first two categories above though in a more limited manner. e) Disoriented and/or unaware beings. There are some beings that for one reason or another are not quite "in the light". They may come across as disoriented or oriented towards nonsense or practical joking or looking for an emotional response. These types of beings are best left alone. If you run into one, ask them to leave. Then ask for the "highest" guide that can come through. None of these beings can hurt you if you do not let them scare you or manipulate you. Many channels will not channel these types of beings in the first place because of the lower vibration rate of these beings. However, they can and do sometimes come through the Ouija Board if it is being "played" with by frivolous people who do not clearly intend to attract higher vibration entities. 2) Entities Outside of Human Experience: Here we have again several subsets of non-physical beings. a) Highly evolved teachers. There are entities who have never incarnated physically as a Human who nevertheless are attracted to Earth to give their services as teachers. These entities are a pleasure and a privilege to meet. b) Explorers. This is probably by far the most frequent kind of entity that our group comes across in this category and maybe the most frequent kind of entity who "stops by" for only a single visit. These entities vary so much in nature that it is difficult to describe them in general terms. Their personalities range from "machine like" to very personable. They may be quiet and completely uninterested in talking to the group (being more interested in simply experiencing physical reality and physical sensations such as touch, hearing, smell, breathing, or even exploring the house while using the channel's body) or they may be very talkative. They may know nothing about physical reality. In fact they may not even have been aware that something like a physical system exists. They may know nothing about such things as emotion, humour, fear, good, bad, fun, and pain or they may know a great deal about them. One entity in this category that visited our group several times, normally exists in a reality with only two dimensions; height and width but no depth. This entity was delightful and loved music which it experienced for the first time while visiting our group. These types of entities can be fascinating both by what they tell us and by the kinds of questions they ask. Once you grasp the implications of what the existence of these types of entities means to the vastness of existence, it can be mind blowing. c) Extraterrestrials. This is where I drew the line when I first got involved with trance channeling. Now, some years later, I find it humorous that I accepted the existence of all kinds of non-physical beings who could speak to us through channels but I found it hard to believe that beings living on other planets could communicate in the same way. Our group has only rarely communicated with these types of beings but their visits were convincing enough to me to validate their existence. Some of these beings have been human. These beings are intelligent and if they will talk to you they can be extremely interesting. There is no doubt about a hierarchy of beings that fall within this general category. Some of them are surely much more highly evolved than others. Probably some care would be in order when channeling these beings. Either the channel and other participants should be very experienced or the session should be done with the assistance of one of the "regular" spirit guides. I inject this note of caution not out of any bad experience but out of a lack of experience channeling Extraterrestrials. Just because an entity is able to be channeled does not necessarily mean that it has everyone highest good as a priority. ET's form a very, very small percentage of our channeling experiences. For other channels, ET's dominate the channeling time. d) Animals Etc. Here is another category that may be hard for novices to swallow. Even those fairly experienced may not react well to this notion. Before we proceed you need to understand one basic truth. That is that everything is made up of consciousness. Many people may not relate to it but plants, animals, stones, storms, everything is made up of consciousness. There is some kind of universal translator effect that allows channeled personalities who only know say, French, to communicate with us in English. The same thing holds true for entities who have never been human. You would not expect their native form of communication to be English! Well, the same translator effect allows a consciousness that is of an animal or plant to speak through certain channels. In our experience, we have spoken to an entity that identified itself as "cat energy" and to an entity that identified itself as the energy of "this place". At the time our group was having a channeling session out of doors in a park. We have heard of channels who channel the consciousness of plants and such things as crystals. Although we have not knowingly done this, we have no doubts that it is possible. Even though the above is a fairly long description of our various categories of entities, it is, believe it or not, a major oversimplification. There are many subcategories within each category and there are entities who do not "fit" into any of these categories. In fact, if there is one thing that you find after lengthy experience with trance channeling, it is that labels and boundaries are artificial and somewhat arbitrary attempts to fit an infinite reality into a very finite language. our local trance channelling person is  Blossom Goodchild in Noosa, who brings thru a being called whitecloud. i was there at this taping , so i know what i saw and heard was the real thing. enjoy. WHAT DO THE ENTITIES SAY? Since in many cases it is the questions of the person or the people interacting with a spirit entity that determine the direction of the conversation, it would be misleading to try and generalize what the entities as a group say. It depends on what you ask them. Some people ask about strictly personal things, events or people in their lives or their jobs. Other people are interested in physics or politics. Still others will ask questions about the nature of the universe or of all of reality. As diverse as the spirit entities are, and they are very diverse, they do all universally agree on some basic natural laws or truths that seem to apply throughout all realities. The fact that they agree on these things despite being different entities channeled through very different channels in different geographic areas and in different times lends credibility to what they say about the way things are. One of the things they all agree to so far in my experience is that everything is consciousness and everything has consciousness. This means people, plants, animals, rocks, water, empty space, everything. In other words, nothing exists outside of consciousness. For those of you who can't possibly imagine that a rock has consciousness, perhaps you should look into what the physicists are saying today about quantum physics and multiple dimensions of existence. All of the entities that I have spoken with, or read about for that matter, all agree that some form of reincarnation exists on Earth. I say "some form" of reincarnation because the usual understanding of the word is an oversimplification. Because, as the entities tell us, time does not exist in the linear fashion that most people on Earth perceive, reincarnation does not exist in the linear progression through time that most people believe is the case. There are other subtle things about reincarnation that differ from generally perceived ideas that we will leave for an "advanced" course on reincarnation and the nature of reality. You create your own reality, literally. Everyone on Earth literally creates the circumstances of their lives by thinking, feeling, and believing things. Most people believe that it is the other way around, that is, that the circumstances of their lives cause them to think or feel or believe things. Like attracts like is another thing that is universally agreed to. Reality has its own kind of magnetics. Like thoughts attract like thoughts and like events which in turn attract still other more powerful like thoughts and like events. This is why events, either perceived as positive events or negative events, tend to spiral in peoples lives. There is no "death" as many people think of it. Once the physical body dies, it is simply discarded. The "person" continues to exist in a spiritual or non-physical form that is just as "real" as physical reality. At some point, the person will reincarnate into a new body or move on to other realms of existence altogether that may or may not include physical aspects. There are no victims. It follows if you think about it, that if everyone literally creates their own reality then there can be no victims. However, most people do not consciously realize that they create their own reality by what they think about (and by circumstances they chose to experience before reincarnating). Therefore, they may indeed perceive themselves as victims as may third party observers. Even if you realize that you create your reality by what you think about, you may not be skilled enough to focus your thoughts only on the positive. If this is so, it is likely that you will experience some events that you perceive as negative in your lives. Individuals who are constantly talking about what rotten luck they have or about always being sick or in pain are not helping themselves create a more pleasant reality. The television news programs can be particularly effective in helping people create undesirable events in their lives by constantly focusing only on negative news. There are no secrets. Every thought and action is observable by any number of spirit entities and is also recorded in the fabric of reality. Any thought or action can be reviewed or relived by the person or persons involved during the in-between lives phase. If you think or do something that involves another person, they can know it sooner or later and if it was negative, you may have to face up to it with them sooner or later; probably in another physical lifetime or in-between lives. As indicated in the first paragraph of this section, all kinds of conversations take place with the entities and some of them are quite light and fun. One of my favorite entities was a teenage girl who lived in 17'th century France. She was not aware of any of our modern inventions and we spent a good deal of fun time discussing the differences between her "time" and ours. For example, she was totally amazed when we played the radio or the stereo cassette deck. She asked us "But where are you keeping the musicians?". She loved playing with the running water in the kitchen and when we showed her the gas burner on the stove she stepped back and asked "Are you witches?". Later, when she came through and opened the channel's eyes, we pointed out the cassette tape deck which was turned off. She asked if we could make it play, then she put her ear up against the tape deck instead of the detached speakers. She had no idea what speakers were. We had similar fun one time when a Sioux Indian girl was trance channeled. We were trying to determine what "time" she was from. All of our dates were meaningless to her as were our references to different countries or people. Finally when we told her that we had white skin she said "I have heard that some of our warriors have told stories about men with white skin." This gave us a clue as to "when" in our history she physically lived. In the case of this girl, she did not realize that she was physically dead. Everything to her seemed as it always had been only with more of dream like quality from what we could tell. Later, one of the more evolved spirit guides came through the same trance channel and explained that we had helped this girl realize her situation by trance channeling her and talking to her about ourselves and our "time".  I would say that trance channeling is a great opportunity to experience an expanded view of the universe. There are very good books in most California book stores on the subject. Some of the most detailed are by an entity named Seth as trance channeled by Jane Roberts. These books would be well known by any person working in a new age or metaphysical book store. Another good series of books that many people enjoy is the Messages from Michael series. Books can provide a wealth of information and I highly recommend reading everything on the subject if you are interested in trance channeling and all that it implies. However, nothing can take the place of being there at a trance channeling session. It is best if you can do it often with a wide variety of entities and different trance channels. Diversified sources tend to strengthen the foundation of one's experience and knowledge. Word of mouth recommendations are probably the best way to find a truly talented trance channel in your area. Some are clearly more adept than others and some of equal talent may simply be more in harmony with your liking than others.

Indigo essences are gem essences co-creatively made by Ann Callaghan in County Wicklow, Ireland. They've been made particularly to help children, and the child in all of us, stay balanced and fairly sane as we release our fears and allow ourselves to move into a way of being that is governed by love instead of fear. You'll notice that there are similarities between the essences described below. The general themes of "feeling safe" and "knowing that you are perfect just the way that you are" are common to almost all of the Indigo Essences, although each one has its own nuance. The Crystal Children

Doreen Virtue, a leading metaphysical researcher who has been closely involved with the children, has recently released a book entitled The Crystal Children. The ‘crystals’ have been incarnating for only the last seven years, whereas the ‘Indigo’s’ and the ‘Super-psychics’ have been with us for twenty five or so years and the ‘Blue-Rays’ have been with us for between fifteen and twenty years.
Virtue explains that the Indigo’s have mashed down the old systems to open a path for an entirely new generation: " It's not surprising that the generation following the Indigos are incredibly telepathic. Many of the Crystal Children have delayed speech patterns, and it's not uncommon for them to wait until they're three or four years old to begin speaking. However, parents tell me they have no trouble communicating with their silent children – far from it! The parents engage in mind-to-mind communication with their Crystal Children (even before birth). And the Crystals use a combination of telepathy, self-fashioned sign language and sounds (including song), to get their point across".

This new breed are also often labelled as dysfunctional. Where the Indigo’s get labelled with ADD and ADHD, the Crystals are labelled as autistic. Is it just a coincidence that autism is at a record high? An autistic person appears lives in their own world and are disconnected from other people. They do not talk because they are indifferent about communicating with others. Crystal Children are quite the opposite. They seem to be very caring and compassionate and continue the traits of the Blue-Rays, by showing signs of an ability to heal others.

In her previous book on the children, The Care and Feeding of Indigo Children, She wrote that “ADHD should stand for Attention Dialled into a Higher Dimension”. This would more accurately describe that generation. In the same vein, Crystal Children don't warrant a label of autism; “they aren't autistic they're AWE-tistic!”according to Virtue.
"These children are worthy of awe, not labels of dysfunction. If anyone is dysfunctional, it's the systems that aren't accommodating the continuing evolution of the human species. If we shame the children with labels, or medicate them into submission, we will have undermined a heaven-sent gift. We will crush a civilisation before it has time to take roots"
This last statement is more profound than was probably intended. These children could be the new root race that is shaping up on planet Earth. They could be the new prototype of the human race, and we are the ones who are giving birth to them. Both Gordon Michael Scallion and Edgar Cayce predicted that the fifth root race would appear around the time of the late twentieth century.


The Indigo Children

During the later part of the Seventies a woman called Nancy Ann Tappe noticed a change taking place in the colour of Children’s auras. She did a lot of work in China and taught at the University of San Diego. As part of her research and study she published a book in 1982 called Understanding Your Life Through Color. In that, this is where the first mention of indigo is talked about. Lee Carol and Jan Tober, authors of The Indigo Children and Indigo Celebration presented Tappe’s research on varying colours of the aura.
Tappe recognized that after 1980 about 80% of the babies being born had this aura around them that she equated to their life mission and their life colour. It was what she called Indigo. As of 1990 she realized that there were about 90% being born. Indigo is the colour of the third eye chakra, which is an energy centre inside the head located between the two eyebrows. This chakra regulates clairvoyance, or the ability to see energy, visions and spirits, so many of the Indigo Children are classed as clairvoyant.
Nancy was able to carry out this unique research because she has a medical diagnosis of Synesthesia. That's where two neurological systems become crossed so that the senses get reversed. She actually sees like a Kirlian camera. What seems to be her dysfunction has ended up being a great gift.

The Indigo Children have a warrior nature, a ‘rebel with a cause’ personality with absolutely no guilt. They are often labelled as hyperactive or aggressive, but this is their purpose. They are here to break down old and outmoded systems – legal, educational, medical, you name it, these kids are here to force honesty and integrity on a global level. Telepathy and other psychic abilities are rife amongst the Indigo’s, which is leading us into a telepathic society. A society that must be based on the ‘indigo’ principles for it to function. Telepathy cannot work if dishonesty and deceit are present. We must remember that Indigo’s have been coming in for about 25 years now, so it won’t be long before they get into positions of power to enable the changes they are destined for. They are natural leaders, hacking away the old and leaving an open path for the new children.

The Indigo’s are frequently mis-diagnosed with Attention Deficit disorder (ADD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This is because of their warrior nature. Parents can’t handle this intense energy and think the only way to calm them down is to numb them with powerful pharmaceutical psycho-stimulant drugs. Ritalin is an example of such a drug that has been known to cause severe side effects that have lasted for years. Teachers in America even recommend that parents give Ritalin to their children! According to Nancy Ann Tappe, these Children have right and left brain alignment, something people on the spiritual path strive for throughout our lifetime. They are also very sensitive, have psychic abilities and possess incredible wisdom, as though they are old souls in young bodies. Evidence for the reincarnation process is becoming a reality as more and more of these children remember their past lives. Some remember all of their past lives as we shall see later.

Drunvalo Melchizedek, author of The Ancient Secret of the Flower of life books and an early advocate of the Children, heard many reports from parents about the incredible intelligence these kids have. It seems that schools cannot contain this innate quality and therefore label them with these disorders. But some of these children have extremely high IQ’s. Some at genius level of 160, and many at around 130. It’s not that their attention is distracted or they can’t concentrate, it’s more to do with the fact that they process information very quickly and understand things intuitively, which leads to extreme boredom in these kids’ minds. Basically they get frustrated with outdated and outmoded teaching dogma and therefore ‘play up’ to the teachers. Nancy Ann Tappe says, "Indigos are like 220 volts placed into 110 wiring." We can’t contain these children in these environments any more. It’s not the kids who have to change, it’s the system that has to, and fortunately this is becoming more and more recognised by certain governments around the world. The Super-Psychics of China are an example of this.

China’s Super Psychics

The ‘Super Psychics’ of China, have been recognised and nurtured by their Government for the last 25 years. Corresponding to the time frame of the Indigos, and recognised by Nancy Ann Tappe in her early research, the phenomena in China has reached a critical point. Paul Dong and Thomas E Raffill, authors of China’s Super Psychics, state that millions of dollars have been spent researching EHF, or 'Extra Human Function' in these children. Schools and research centres are widespread throughout the country. By 1997, 100,000 of these Children had been recognised. No research has revealed the numbers at present, but it is clear the numbers are increasing rapidly.

Now to get on to the incredible mind bending abilities some of these Children have. Let’s start with some gems from the book Chinas Super Psychics .One skill the children were able to develop was ‘psychic writing’, a technique where they were asked to imagine some written words on a blank piece of paper inside a closed pencil case. The case would be opened a short time later and on it were the words written in pencil. A girl from Shanghai called Xiao Kiong was the first to demonstrate this ability and so in 1981, EHF researchers at Yunnan Wenshan Teachers’ College in Yunna Province selected 5 children with EHF for further training. It was soon found that when blindfolded, these children were able to see with their ears, nose, mouth, tongue, armpits, hands or feet. These tests were not right just some of the time, they were flawless. American new-age magazine Omni got involved when the tests were set up to check there could be no cheating.

From a stack of books one was selected, then opened at random and a page was ripped out and crumpled up in to a small ball. It was placed in the armpit of one of the children - and the child could read every word on the page perfectly. After many more tests Omni magazine became convinced these kids were for real. But Omni were not the only ones present. Zhu Yiyi, editor of Shanghai’s Nature Magazine, a prestigious science journal also witnessed these events.
On another occasion, a thousand people were sitting in an auditorium and were each given a rose-bud. A six-year-old girl came on stage and with a silent wave of her hand; the thousand rosebuds would slowly open to fully blossom into beautiful roses before the eyes of the astonished audience. Another child would take a sealed bottle off a shelf at random and place it at the centre of a table. After a few moments the pills passed through the glass bottle and settled on the table. In many cases, the child would then take another object, such as a coin, put it on the table and it would pass back into the sealed bottle.
